Where 12 boards rank this prospect
Subpar movement athlete. Not agile or quick at all. No vertical pop either. However, his arms go on forever, so he's a very good shot blocker, despite not moving that well. Think he surprises a lot of people with his length/ability to read plays. Would be purely a drop big defensively. No switchability at all. Because of the lack of athleticism, he isn't a great rebounder for a big on the offensive or defensive end. Offensively he projects as a pick and pop guy. Has a decent looking 3 pt shot, but didn't shoot it for a super high percentage. Was impressed with his passing. He's very comfortable passing both on the interior and perimeter. Passes have zip. Graded out well on all passing stats for a big. Don't see his interior game being effective vs NBA level bigs. Also don't see him as much of a roll threat with his subpar movement and lack of vertical pop. Will likely be solely a pick and pop guy. Best outcome may be a Quentin Post-type role (with some shot blocking). I don't think he moves as well as Post through. Maybe a situational role player, but I don't see him as having major upside.
