Where 98 boards rank this prospect
Great offensive force, shot selection is sometimes iffy, but scores really well, able to get to the rim. Playmaking is also solid as well as his defense.
Undeniable offensive force; best playmaking point guard in the class (and perhaps the best in the Bart era). Scoring process concerns with low FTr and 3Pr, but team offensive influence is so incredible: team rim rate and 3Pr increase with him on the court. Holds up defensively as well.
Good size and length for a guard. Explosive quick twitch athlete who glides to the rim. Has a nice pull up elbow jumper that he hits with regularity. Handle is good but not quite where you’d want it. Contributes on defense and has the physical tools to be a disruptor. Can play on or off the ball. Good passing process. Questionable 3pt shooter. Shot takes a while to get off. Left hand could improve.

PHYSICAL - Quick and fast with an electric first step - Has great length for a guard - Is not strong for a guard SKILLS - Is a bit erratic with the ball - Solid handle - I kind of genuinely hate his offensive decision making SHOOTING - Unhealthy mid range shot diet - Looks supremely comfortable in the mid range - Can shoot off dribble and off ball FINISHING - Can play above the rim - Doesn't really go for contact - Likes to drive but doesn't look calm - Good varied finisher - Can snake his drive PASSING - Can make dump offs/kick outs/skip passes - Passes with one or two hands - Has good vision and decent to solid processing - Not a lob passer or a true p&r handler - There seems to be something missing in his passing (no advanced distribution) DEFENSE - Footwork is questionable and positioning is not ideal - Better on ball than off - Has good hands - Doesn't wall up great - Not a floor raiser or ceiling raiser defensively but not bad either - Good as a transition defender which is interesting - Kind of recovers well after being lost in space

I don't know exactly what to think about Fleming's defensive upside, like his drive right deporting, and the list of guards. I have to watch more of Fleming's, to be honest, to see his actual pace, his fluidity, if he can be a true floor general at the next level in the way that I've projected Acuff to be. It's honestly hard to rank and this is just a stationary rank. I have to come back and make an actual analysis.
