Wilson is one of the most interesting players in this year draft. His 6'10 frame combined with a solid wingspan and incredible athleticism makes it easy to see why he should be considered by all teams in the top 4. Defensively he is incredible, blocking and altering shots around the rim. Offensively, he is still growing and is a little bit raw, but I really like his rim finishing and his mid range jumper. The three ball is a bit shaky right now, but hopefully by year two or three it is a real weapon.
Extremely rare combination of explosiveness, fluidity, and length. Will be one of the best raw athletes in the league from day 1. Can’t recall the last time I’ve seen this level of athleticism at this size. Has all the tools to be 1st team All-Defense (length, movement, fluidity, explosiveness). Should be able to guard 1-5 and switch everything. Had some mental lapses defensively, but seems to have a high motor and be coachable, which leaves me optimistic that he'll be able to clean up those lapses in the NBA. Think his defensive potential will be the 2nd highest in the league behind Wemby. Like the way that he reads the game. Makes smart passes and good decisions offensively. Good feel for the game overall. Seems like a high basketball IQ guy. Can handle the ball a bit (especially in the open floor), but doesn’t have great touch while dribbling, passing, or shooting at this point. Seems just a little awkward with the way he handles it. Think the more open NBA game will really help him, and both wings and bigs will have trouble staying in front of him in iso and pick and roll situations, especially if he develops a jumper. Jumper is subpar at this point. Key for him offensively will be developing his handle and jumper. If he does develop those things, he’s a high level number one option offensively, and likely an All-NBA player. Floor to me is having an Evan Mobley-like impact, where he’s a high-level defender, but just a complementary player offensively (his offensive skills don’t develop much in this scenario). Highest potential ceiling in this draft class, but will take a lot of skill development to get there.
Wilson is a great player with good size and rim-attacking ability. Elite level finishing and is very good defensively. Limited sample size due to injuries, but he has looked fantastic when he has played. The three ball is not yet a part of his game, needs to develop that to reach his full ceiling

I value Caleb just as high as consensus but I don't agree with a lot of projections for his career. To me, Caleb is the next long win stopper. Whats normally been older upperclassmen getting drafted late has proven to be an invaluable archetype. I dont buy the offense at this point. He will be in a dunk contest within 5 years. I think Jaden McDaniels, Herb Jones, Toumani Camara. To me that style of defender is all out havoc to plan for. Caleb should be able to switch 1-5 near immediately.

PHYSICAL - Moves very fluidly - Has decent strength for a big wing - Is very quick especially for his size - Has serious burst vertically and horizontally SKILLS - Is a great athlete for O boards - His handle is ok - Motor is very high - Cuts off ball well and is a solid roller SHOOTING - Jumper is questionable from three (has a different motion than mid range) - He has a midrange fade away that looks good FINISHING - Plays way above the rim - Explodes at the rim - Gets to the rim efficiently on and off ball - Has some touch - Does not drive with good angles but can get by wings PASSING - Can pass from the post - He has slowish processing and solid vision - Passes with two hands - Is a willing passer and makes smart decisions - Can find the open man - Has some high to low passing DEFENSE - Is a rim protector on help and moves very well in defense - He has good footwork which makes up for positioning - Has insane athleticism and burst - Has good hands and doesn't gamble too much while also being able to cover perimeter and switch well

Don't have too much to say today. Solid player, good athleticism; be a great forward. I don't buy into him figuring out the tighter handle on ball creation but it's well within his outcomes. I think this is a good player if you want to win.

Incredible pairing of athleticism and motor. Can be an elite rebounder but not super consistent yet on the glass. Dunks everything. Solid face up game. Trusts his middy fade and can get past defenders who step up. Solid hands. Touch is a bit underrated Wilson will be fine as a finisher. Questionable 3pt shooter. Doesn’t have a ton of ball skills yet not a great handle in the halfcourt. Absolute menace in transition. Creates chaos on defense but can be inattentive off the ball sometimes. Relies a lot on an athletic advantage right now.
