Where 53 boards rank this prospect
PHYSICAL - Strength is good to great for a wing - Has decent speed for a wing SKILLS - Makes the right play with the ball in his hands - Handle is loose in tight spaces and contact - Uses strength to his advantage to gain position - Doesn't create space but gets to his spots calmly and consistently - Can prematurely pick up the ball SHOOTING - Can shoot off dribble a little bit and off ball - Release point is decently good - Jumper looks smooth and repeatable - Not the fastest release - Likes to shoot from the wing - Gather point for jumper is high so he shaves time off there - Almost looks like a no dip at times - Has some range FINISHING - Can play above the rim very occasionally - Patient driver that can be too passive - Finishes a bit too mechanically - Can drive to the rim in various angles - Tries to finish high when there is help coming - Doesn't seek contact but can finish through it - Has great balance and control in the air - A good finisher PASSING - Has great vision and processing - Can pass with one or two hands - Makes high to low/p&r/skip/kick out/dump passes and looks to get teammates open with the pass rather than placing it where they are - Looks very accurate with the ball DEFENSE - Has good timing and uses length well - Is not vertical and hunts blocks which he is decent at - Has decent to good reflexes and instincts - Is very gamble heavy and does not play fundamental defense often - Makes positioning mistakes - Contests very weakly and with poor verticality - Has some issues with screens - Sometimes beaten on the point of attack by even decent speed
Pure 3&d player. Royce o’Neal/moses moody type. Perfect for Alabama offense. Improving has a movement shooter shot is still a bit slow. Handle isn’t really there at all. Can play at a fast pace and range goes well beyond 3pt line.
